They disassembled it themselves, took it away, brought it back and reassembled it. All this is already included in the price stipulated in the contract. Polite, pleasant staff. I am pleasantly impressed with the approach. I was interested in not just a re-fitting, but a certain modification of the model (I was refused elsewhere). The measurer specified all the details, including the probability of making the desired changes, the density of the foam rubber. The contract was officially signed immediately, and the furniture was taken away just the other day. Also, at my request, the old upholstery was returned (it was needed for a dog bed). The staff is polite and courteous, they work quickly. I am very pleased that I decided to have a makeover and that I turned to them. I recommend it!
