The only reason I'm lowering 1 star is excursions, or rather headphones, without which nothing could be heard at all on two of the six walking tours! Unfortunately, no one warned that this is mandatory if you want to listen to information, and headphones cost 15euros per person. Previously, there were no questions about this on bus tours, since the guides used loudspeakers, which we expected this time ((( As a result, on the very first excursion in Berlin, we immediately separated from the group and went our own way. The program itself is quite intense, a lot of emotions, a lot of beautiful locations, routes are thought out, but out of wishes I would like more time in Lyon. A beautiful city, but so little time ... We only had time to buy delicious souvenirs, McDonald's on the road and run into Sephora for 10 minutes) During the trip, some passengers had difficulties (there was a theft in Paris), Vladimir immediately offered all possible help in that situation. I also didn't like the hotel in Belfort (France), where they didn't even pour coffee for breakfast, and the girl from the reception answered questions with a face "get off me", and this is not counting bed bugs in the room. We saw Paris, Berlin, Lyon, Würzburg, Girona, Figueres, and took a train to Barcelona on our own. I didn't expect anything good, because I had already gone on the Italian Holidays tour with Interlux and it was, to put it mildly, bad (the accompanying Marina, who didn't give a damn about anything, bad drivers, a lot of joints), but it so happened that I got here at the last moment, and there wasn't much choice. It was. So, this time everything was really great. Especially considering that the tour lasted two weeks and a round trip by bus all the way to Spain does not look like an easy test even in theory. Tatiana, the escort, was the sweetest, gave detailed information, useful tips, and as a person, she was a very pleasant girl. Drivers Alexander and Vitaly are just great! Both as excellent professionals (careful driving, didn't get seasick, we arrived everywhere ahead of time), and as very positive people. They helped me and gave me very useful advice from their experience in different cities, and my sense of humor was excellent there. A great tandem. There were practically no problems on the way, and the few that arose (the woman from the group who was lost in Lyon) were solved by Tatiana and the drivers calmly and without unnecessary hassle (and if there were nerves, they were very professionally hidden from the group). All in all, a great bus crew. Probably the best in the history of my trips to Europe in general. We were lucky that we passed the border back and forth very quickly. On the way there, there was practically an extra day in the transit Polish city of Katowice, where we arrived at ten in the morning. At first, they wanted to go to nearby Krakow that day, but then they decided to stay and take a walk on the spot and did not regret it. It's a great place, although not as well-known as other Polish cities. A cozy, beautiful city that has become a great addition to the tour. Vienna, Venice, Lyon, Würzburg – everything went great. The main destination of the trip – Spain – is absolutely beautiful. Our town of Calella was super cozy, convenient for transit, the sea is close to the hotel, all the necessary shops and cafes are ideal for relaxation. The tours were well organized. Montserrat, Costa Bravo, Girona and Figares, except for Barcelona, unfortunately, it was somewhat chaotic, but perhaps this was due to the past day of the city and the resulting traffic jams, which, alas, made up most of the tour. The only thing I really want to find fault with is Anna, the Spanish tour guide. Her soporific way of speaking is a matter of taste, but the problem is WHAT EXACTLY she says. But she was with the group for all four excursion days. Okay, when she was telling completely wrong facts and details about the history and places where we were. Elementary erudition makes it difficult to take this seriously, and a cursory Internet search confirmed that Anna was talking nonsense. It's a shame for the guide, but let's leave it on the conscience of the person. But she gives deliberately harmful information and advice for tourists! Because of her "advice" we got into some very awkward situations. But the apotheosis was on a free day, when we went to Barcelona on our own once again. Anna asked everyone to remember that you can return to Calella from the French railway Station. I also paid attention to it, I told you to remember it. But no! In fact, this is not the case. Because of such excellent advice from a "connoisseur of the country", we almost missed the last train, trying to get from the French station to the right station (and the train system in Spain is complicated). So if something ruined a great trip, then these are the "tips". I hope the company will take a closer look at which "professional" is cooperating with them. To summarize: an excellent organization for such an objectively difficult bus tour. It turned out to be almost not tedious and very interesting.

But when buying a tour with an overnight transfer, everyone should understand for himself whether he can comfortably endure such a trip. Trip: Bus: All expectations were met by bus, and the company did not try to embellish anything when answering questions. However, there is some feeling that this Chinese bus is still more for the Chinese and is intended (a small distance between the rows and narrow seats). The toilet, coffee machine, wifi and other amenities were missing as a class. Drivers: Culture is present in the bud, which is sad. On the way back, they spent more than 40 minutes driving into some wilderness to solve some of their "dark affairs". No one received any apologies or explanations. Guide: We were frankly lucky with Dmitry Anatsko, he is one of the most magnificent guides I have ever met. Thanks only to his charisma and passion, a number of inconveniences and negative aspects from the organization of the tour have passed into the category and to hell with them. I would sell tours with Dmitry for more :). Plus, he constantly kept in touch in Viber and updated the information to the current status. And I met the individual setting of important points on the map in phones for the first time. I can only say a big thank you to him. Tour program: The program was rich and quite interesting. Yes, there were guided tours, but again, thanks to Dmitry Anatsko, even guided tours became interesting. Hotel: 4* - nothing special and expected. An ordinary resort hotel with all the questions that follow. Somewhere they were poorly cleaned, somewhere there were cracks and damage in the room, etc. The only 3 elevators available were clearly not enough for so many vacationers and often had to climb on foot. The buffet will not let you starve, but it did not spoil you with variety either. Wine, juices and carbonated drinks were available for an additional fee. Coffee only in the morning. In the evening, the drinks are only water and, if desired, a decanter of wine. Minus the score ONLY for the situation with the drivers and their behavior.

Perhaps we were unlucky only with this tour, perhaps the tours to Europe from this tour operator are better (judging by the enthusiastic reviews). The first thing that bothered me. I chose the tour based on the availability of free days and the location of the hotel. It was excellent, as was the hotel itself, as the tour operator assured me, a little more than a week before the tour itself. BUT what was my surprise that the hotel was changed, and no one informed us, but just found out "between the lines" in the chat of the trip 1 day before departure (and even if people hadn't asked questions, no one would even have known that we were going to a completely different hotel). Yes, in the contract, the company hedges itself and indicates that there may be hotel replacements at a similar level. I'm sorry, but the K-Visit hotel itself was already pretty shabby, and the most uncomfortable thing for all the participants of the tour was its location on the very outskirts of St. Petersburg in a forest in a cottage village ... (2.5 km to go to the subway, transport does not go to the subway). I specially went on this tour to enjoy the white nights and walks around St. Petersburg on my second free day, but instead I spent 1.5 hours of time to get to the center and make it before the metro closed. The second point is that there is absolutely "no" guide to St. Petersburg. And about the headphones, which were given out for 3 days for 1000 rubles, and which were not even almost useful, because for some reason the guide decided that we should not tell anything into the microphone and we could explore cathedrals and museums on our own. Well ok... The level is about nothing. The third thing is the program and timing - well, it's just an incredible chaos. On the first day (after the overnight move), we were checked into a hotel on the outskirts of the city only at 5 p.m., before that we didn't even have time for lunch (well, why would people eat))). And in principle, the meals (except for breakfast) were not organized centrally at all (and no one had time for this). If we went to Karelia on the second day, we would have to get up at 5 a.m. and be on excursions all day. Also on the same day, people were returned from the drawbridges at 3.40 am! And the eviction was at 10.00. Honestly, this is not a vacation, but a mockery of oneself, given that the 3rd day is all set aside for Petegrof and Pushkino (here the company should have chosen one thing for a more detailed study and quiet walks in the parks, rather than "galloping through Europe" for 1.5 hours). As a result, the Catherine Palace is a 40-minute tour, there was not enough time for the park and we were driven to the bus rather. At 7 p.m., they took only 50 minutes to visit the huge Summer shopping center... And this is taking into account the fact that people need to go at least to eat (there was only breakfast in the morning), and buy something for the road, as there are traffic jams at the border. Everything was naturally running. Well, I'll end my story with the cherry on the cake.: This is the "ingenious" decision of the accompanying group to make a sanitary stop in the forest at 12 o'clock at night on the side of a busy highway!!!(ostensibly to save time in order to arrive at the border and not stand in line. Spoiler alert: we stood for almost 7 hours anyway...) It's raining outside, wet, cold, dark. And all 50 people are offered to relieve themselves in the "bushes". For me, as an experienced traveler with bus tours, such an outright thrash is the first time. I think this is unacceptable at least. As a maximum, it's just shameful when it was possible to make a normal stop at a gas station. I do not know where the escort was in such a hurry, but it added to the discomfort, since we reached the normal toilet only after 14 hours. Will I go with this company again and recommend it to my friends? Probably not. The impression is very badly spoiled.

You can start with the fact that everyone around you is talking about comfortable buses, that everyone has a 21st century, a toilet works and there is Wi-Fi, but the toilet did not work On our bus, there is no Wi-Fi, charging is one extension cord in the middle of the bus (there are no questions for it, this was quite enough). The air conditioner was working, the bus was standard, the seats were moving apart, reclining. The bus did not break down on the way. During the whole tour we had 3 guides, a girl from Minsk went abroad with us, then another guide came out and sat down (Dmitry, told everything very well, it was interesting and fascinating) and on the way back Dmitry was replaced by Yuri near Warsaw, and Yuri came out at the border, and we went on on our own, unaccompanied. This is the first time I've had a group go unaccompanied. On the way home, before the Polish border, we were taken to the forest, then to a private house, the drivers began to take out and put something in the luggage of the bus, tear off the coffee machine from the cabin, they were silent or answered briefly to our questions about what was happening in general in the style of "you know less, you sleep better." Personally, I was afraid that I might end up in the basement of this house, when everything happens in the dark with flashlights and without an explanation of what is happening at all. Then we arrived at the gas station and the toilet, where the drivers continued to do their dark deeds, and we waited for them. It would be possible to stand at the border for this time and pass the border faster than waiting for all these events. At least if they had to do something, they could do it at the bus stop, and not everyone should sit on the bus waiting and worrying. For some reason, we were reproached at the stops a couple of times that we stopped to use the toilet for a couple of minutes, for a few tourists, and not everyone. If there was a toilet on the bus, then there would be no problems. The intermediate hotels were good, the breakfasts were delicious. But in Spain, Kalea, the hotel was disgusting, three stars. When they ordered the tour, they said that there was a renovation in it, at the reception they replied that it was on the street, not inside. When I asked them to do something about it, change the room or the hotel, they said that the rooms were all like that, but they simply ignored me about moving to another hotel. Get some sleep off the road and everything won't seem so bad. NO, it didn't happen. Terrible hotel. Leaky towels, missing old bedspreads, old ingrained dirt in the bathroom, the furniture is patched. A small room in which you can hear people talking everywhere, as if they were all standing in your room. The cockroach was also included in the room rate, it's good that it's not a cockroach family. Half of the hotel was inhabited by people with disabilities, which is why the hotel probably holds three stars. When asked to change the room, the reception said that all the rooms were the same and there was nowhere better. The buffet food in the dining room is not great, but it was possible to choose something. The dishes are all dirty, you take the cup one by one, but all are dirty. Wine glasses have never been washed in the morning. napkins and appliances had to be found from the staff who walk around the dining room with a trolley. Although the hotel is 3 stars, in my opinion it does not reach three. I liked the three pools only. And there is a Mercadonna store in front of the hotel. The room was cleaned symbolically, when they were already settled, there was hair everywhere, which naturally was not cleaned. The beach is 7 minutes away on foot, there are no beach towels, sun loungers, a bar, etc. from the hotel. Just a shared beach, where basically everyone is sunbathing on their towels and under their umbrellas. I used to often go to Europe on bus tours, I have never seen such horror. The sediment from this vacation remained such that I even got to write a review, which I do extremely rarely.

We decided to use the service of a travel agency (Big City Tours)for a trip to Spain, we chose a tour and paid for it. We took a vacation, and the day before the trip we were notified that our tour had been canceled, and they offered another one to Spain, too, but with a different route and the INTERLUX Travel Agency. There were no options, we had to agree, even though we had rejected this tour 4 times before. As a result, the whole trip was a complete rip-off of money, although they clarified in advance for additional payments. The hotels were selected from the cheapest possible segment. It is impossible to refuse mandatory excursions, although these cities are passing cities, if you go to them, you will not hear anything without an earpiece for an additional fee. But the worst horror was waiting for us in the front, when we were checked into a hotel in Spain. The room looked like a hospital room. Then we found out that it turns out it was possible to pay extra for 4K, but no one offered it. The guide who was traveling with us closed her questions, the group's questions were secondary. I do not recommend using the servants of this agency. We had traveled to Europe more than once before, but this was the worst. Thanks for the ruined vacation.
