Staying in the apartment was a nightmare , noise is unbearable and cleaning services was bad and not meeting the expectation . Garbage disposal was not done on daily basis as they claim. And in the last day I was moving to another apartment in another floor because I extended in last as my flight was late time, in the same day morning time there was fire alarm and we had to go down 15 floors using the stairs and I told the reception I need to check out but the elevators not working so I could not transfer my luggage’s to the other room, they said fine stay till we tell you. At 1 pm we started moving our stuff , my husband left the room to take the luggage’s and I staying with the kids waiting for him, then the housekeeping supervisor saw him leaving the apartment and he knocked the door and start shouting to me that now 2 pm and you did not left the room and we need to clean, I told him that I now we are moving and i need only few minutes to leave and because of the fire alarm a well we had to go down and I talked already to the reception. He start shouting loudly and stepping inside the room threading me that “lady you need to leave now as you are staying in my room and yelling to me more and more . His eyes was scary and he was absolutely not normal guy and he aware that I am only with the kids and my husband left the room.. I have never experienced this in my life, I visited many countries and I saw the respect everywhere. I cannot imagine the housekeeping staff are aggressive and rude to this level. Not even reception knows about his attitude. Extremely disappointed, not recommended to others specially for families. This happened to my family.
