Unfortunately, we purchased PLM software from this company. In short, nothing really works properly, technical support, as a rule, responds with general recommendations to fuck off. You need to kick them 20 times so that they somehow start to move and fix their own mistakes like installing the wrong version of the system or the license that flew off.
