When taking blood, a barely holding adhesive tape with a diameter of 1 cm is glued to a maximum open vein, instead of a pressure bandage according to GOST. There are no bandages, there is no ammonia, patients in procedures go without shoe covers. No sterility.

2 stars purely because of the adequate people at the reception There are no concepts of "queue" here, laboratory assistants who have graduated from college behave as if this is their clinic, communicate rudely, are rude, as if you owe them something.

One of the 3 clinics in Baku where you can get a medical certificate for obtaining a residence permit. It cost 76 manats (with receipt of a certificate the next day), and 150 manats are charged for urgent (on the same day). A queue is possible, but tolerable.
