I bought an air mattress in this store. The mattress came, they inflated it at home, it was lowered after half an hour, and they tried to inflate it several more times - the result is the same! I called them the next day and informed them about the marriage, they told me to send it back. They offered to send a new mattress in a few days, but I refused and told them to return the money to me. They said that when the mattress comes back to them, they will check it and then contact me. They received the mattress the next day and they had it lying around for a week, no one checked it (they themselves said this later), and I was waiting for a call from them. I didn't wait...I called myself. I couldn't get my money from them for 2 days (I had to say that I would contact the consumer protection society), they ask questions for clarification, then they say that they will ring and again no one calls. For all the time, no one has ever thought to apologize elementary for the defective product, but on the contrary, when I expressed my indignation about why I should pay for the delivery of defective goods in 2 directions, I was informed that they have a lot of orders in the store and they are not going to check every item sold before shipping to the presence of marriage. This is the first time I've come across a store that doesn't check the product before selling it and still brazenly declare it. As a result, I threw away 70 UAH for rolling a defective mattress through the new mail. They also offered to send me another one in return (again, delivery is at my expense) and again, of course, they would not check it for marriage.. In short, buying something in this "fast-paced store" is like playing roulette.. And in this case, I was unlucky! (((((
