It's a great store, I've been using their services for many years.
Wonderful people work at the pick-up point, which is also the service point. I had to contact the service (but as it turned out, everything was in order), and to replace the wrong motherboard model that was mistakenly ordered, I am very grateful for the individual approach and courtesy of the staff.
I would like to thank Vladislav and his colleague (unfortunately, I don't know his name) for their help in selecting components.
Of the cons: of course, I would like to review warranty cases as soon as possible, but it is clear that they cannot do it in 2-3 days, but everything is within the time frame.
There are also pleasant prices in the store and the longest warranty periods, which is also important.

I bought PC accessories. It's too bad that the manager doesn't sit on the phone with the guys who complete the order. They called all day, said that everything was ready, pick it up, drove through the whole city, as a result, the components were not available. I had to go a second time. The guys at the PVZ are very competent, they understand, and they helped with many PC assembly issues. Satisfied!

A lot of purchases have already been made here :)
I recently bought RAM. He asked me to pick up 2 identical bars with a similar release date. So everything was done as requested. The release date is the same. The serial number differs from each other by only 6 digits. A very cool approach to the customer and his request. Recommend. Respect to the store!!!!!
