I was told that they would not be able to deliver the order within the specified time, because the supplier with whom they cooperate has not yet sent the goods and that the order is scheduled to be sent on 31.12. Ie, almost a week later I find out that the goods are not in stock and I They just lied. On 31.12, the operator contacted me and said that they had received a declaration from the supplier and my order would be delivered to Kharkiv already on Mon-by 4.01.2016, taking into account holidays, and that delivery in Kharkiv would be carried out on January 5-6. On Mon-k, no one contacted me again and I had to call in person. And what did I find out? Naturally, the product is not yet in Kharkov, because the supplier has not yet sent it. And they can't give me a clear answer to the question when I will receive my order! I've never had to spend so much nerves before. The store turns all the arrows on the supplier, that they are not to blame for this situation. Therefore, it is possible to draw conclusions about a store that cooperates with unverified and incompetent suppliers. Now, after refusing their services, they do not transfer my prepayment to me, and when asked when the money will be transferred, the operator hangs up! I do not recommend it!

The store is very unfriendly, rude and does not sell high-quality goods. The warranty is complete nonsense, even for a newly purchased product. They try not to be responsible for the goods sold, cause maximum trouble and shift everything to the buyer.
