The radiologist's appointment was excellent. An excellent specialist. Only pleasant emotions.
The attitude of the reception staff leaves much to be desired. We came from far away on the recommendation of a sick child with pneumonia. The staff did not inform that the X-ray room is located on the ground floor and can only be accessed across the street. As a result, the whole family put on shoe covers, undressed, put our clothes in the wardrobe and only after that we found out that we undressed in vain and we need to go across the street. Well, that's nonsense.
