It's a good clinic, there are no crowds. I had a medical check-up twice: everything was fast, professional and high-quality. The only thing the management needs to pay attention to the administrators: they do not know how to interact with each other at all, they swear in front of customers, from the outside it looks terrible.

I would like to note the high professionalism of the doctor Beketova Magripa Azbergenovna. Doctor with a capital letter. My family and I turn to her repeatedly. Magripa Azbergenovna is a very attentive and at the same time demanding doctor when it comes to compliance with all prescriptions. And that's right. I would like to wish Magripa Azbergenovna good health and professional growth. I am sure that thanks to such doctors our medicine is strong.

the surgeon's appointment (Dr. Dzhumagazieva Gulmira Yelemesovna), empathy is simply zero, there was no examination at all (only visual, a distance of one and a half to two meters, in a free clinic they even examined the facial bones before that), some nuances had to be found out with clarifying questions
in addition to this, paid dressing was highly recommended (in fact, applying peroxide and antibiotics), as it has already been written somewhere, is expensive and ineffective, since it is not at all clear what you are paying for, I recommend looking at other clinics
