I brought my Galaxy Z Fold 5 for diagnostics with a common problem - Wi-Fi is not working. I was diagnosed with what is most likely the most expensive problem to repair, and they said that if the screen breaks during the repair process, then I will need to pay extra, as a result, expensive repairs become 40% more expensive. I don't understand why I had to pay extra for having my screen broken if I initially went to the service for professional service.
