С каждым годом интурист работает все хуже и хуже. В октябре были в Турции. Как оказалось гиды предоставили не всю информацию об экскурсии в отеле. Далее заболел ребёнок, просили отменить или перенести экскурсию, нам отказали, деньги за экскурсии не возвращают от слова совсем. Причем все билеты гид при нас покупал в кассе, т.е сказать что туроператор заранее все приобрёл и вернуть средства не может я не могу. Политика такая. Одним словом разочаровал в этом году интурист.
