2024 Got into the EY2 group, from summer to December everything seemed to be fine. Since the new year, it has been noticed that the child does not want to go there. They began to find out what the problem was, they began to ask, the teacher, Miss Dinara, said that he had broken the locker door.it was a bit strange for us and we requested a video. The video showed a scene, my son and the other children at the table, my son asks the teacher about something, she takes him away from the children to the window. He sits there for a while, then asks for something else (the sound is bad), but it is clear that the teacher begins to raise her voice, he is once again roughly dragged away to some kind of bench, then takes him to a corner where there are children's lockers and starts shaking there, leaves him there. He cries for three minutes behind the open closet door, after which she comes grabs his hand and drags him to another part of the group. We met with the kindergarten management, who apparently thought that this was normal. The video was not provided to us. There were no offers to change the group, actually there were no offers. They wrote a statement to the prosecutor's office, but apparently the kindergarten deleted the video. We wrote to the Toddler app where there are parents, but unfortunately after that we were blocked from writing anything and answering questions from other parents. I advise you to be more attentive to the behavior of your children, and if in doubt, request video recordings. I never thought that such things could happen in such a kindergarten.

They don't look after the children, they don't even comb their hair, only when they take them out to their parents, then they do it for show.
