On 04/26/2025 at 9:00 a.m., my wife and I were booked for a test session with a trainer. However, at the appointed time, the coach himself called us and informed us that he had forgotten about our record, and offered to work out on his own. I consider such an attitude to clients unacceptable, especially when it comes to the first impression of the hall. We came for a professional approach and attention, but we got negligence and disappointment. I hope the management will take measures to ensure that such situations do not happen again.

Minuses: Parking a car is a bit far, because you can't officially park along the street opposite. A large hood box passes through the men's locker room immediately with access to the street. This creates an additional draft and after a hot shower you can catch a cold.
