I went into the office - they didn't put a napkin on, they were whispering among themselves. The analysis was taken very inexpertly. It seemed that before taking a swab, they watched a video on YouTube for a couple of how to do it. As a result, they said that the analysis would be ready on October 22. 22 did not receive any results. On October 23, a letter arrived by mail, and in the letter in the results it is indicated that the biomaterial went into operation on October 23, with a note to appear for retake. I came to the branch demanding an explanation, to which I was told that the laboratory assistant had confused the container for the material. And when asked why I didn't get a call asking me to come and retake and after 5 days they just unsubscribed, they said that an internal investigation was underway. Nonsense and bestial attitude towards customers! Naturally, I demanded a refund and went to another laboratory. Sorry for the time spent.

Before starting the blood collection, the nurse did not ask how I was undergoing the procedure, etc. Ammonia-no, you haven't heard of it. It's as if they are all taught there only to ask "on an empty stomach did you come to take tests", without reminding them of the rules of first aid.
