A great place where real professionals work!
Convenient location, the medical center is clean (although there is dirt and snow outside the window), warm and cozy 🥰
You can relax with a cup of coffee or tea after the tests. By the way, it is free - it is given as a bonus for the patient, which is very pleasant. ☕️
Even a gift certificate for the services of the Invitro laboratory can be bought by relatives, which is extremely important nowadays (especially after covid).
There is also a doctor who helps in choosing the right tests and decoding them!

If you want to get tested in the morning and get to work, then this is not about you. There is 1 administrator who does the job correctly, but he is only one. The registration procedure takes longer than the analysis. Of course, there is more than one person in the queue, and the time stretches even longer.
Dear administration, hire another administrator, at least until 10 a.m., in order to improve the quality of service.

Today I decided to take the tests in Invitro, because in other laboratories the necessary tests simply did not turn out at all. I went to the invitro website- I find out about the action "-20% when paying for tests in the PAY application", there is a reservation that the "premium" status is required in the application and there is a list of tests that the action does not apply to. because I planned to take the tests are not cheap, this action is very interested, especially since the application is installed, I use. I called the call center to find out if the promotion is valid in all offices and if my tests are not on the exclusion list (the list is on the website, but I decided to make sure) Super! The stars agreed: it works in all offices and there are no analyses in the exclusion list, i.e. -20% Amadeus, their official representative, does not know about this action. They don't have it. Okay, I didn't specify about the representatives – I went to the office at Mazurova 25, because it was the nearest one. I warn you that I will pay via pay – we place an order – the discount is slightly more than I spent on activating the status – I ask: "how so?"- the answer: "we don't know what the computer thinks!" - they give out an order form and it turns out that there is no discount on the most expensive items - the question is: "how so? I clarified" - the answer is: "I entered the promo code! You have such a discount. the call center did not give the information correctly!", because I was in a hurry to pay as they thought - I passed the tests - I left. I paid not through the QR code in the application, but simply with a card, showing the "premium" status, as it turned out later, it was necessary to pay through the code in the application, but no one knew about it in the office. However, I note that the blood was taken very well: the vein was hit the first time, although the veins are quite bad. It was easy and painless. This is very rare for me. Thank you, nurse! But... I rarely visited Invitro anyway, because their prices are not the cheapest, and now even more so! There is an action, but what's the point? By the way, everyone here writes about free coffee... They didn't offer it to me. Probably because there were too many questions from me)

When I arrived at the laboratory on 05/26, the employee began to be indignant because I was walking in with a stroller. She offered to leave the stroller with the 11-month-old baby at the entrance, as she was mopping the floors. Then, the same employee, apparently a part-time blood sampling nurse, refused to take a blood test from the child, since she decided that the blood for the indicator we need is given from the age of 2. The receptionist argued with her, called the main office and clarified. As a result, the analysis can be taken from a child of any age, but such a "jack-of-all-trades" no longer had the desire to do it!
The laboratory is located in a very convenient location, but individual employees do not meet the level of invitro laboratories
