I went to take UAC, OAM, biochemistry, i.e. the simplest tests, nothing specific, nothing rare. UAC and biochemistry were done on the same day. We went on the second day, but we still haven't done it. I call the help desk, they tell me that the laboratory is broken and wait.... So, for your information, OAM is done in a simple clinic for a couple of hours. Invitro is no longer the same. There is no longer any desire to bring them money. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

However, today, when taking the scrape, the nurse performed the procedure extremely roughly and aggressively, which caused severe pain and a feeling as if they were clearing the blockage, rather than taking an analysis. Of course, such an analysis is generally unpleasant and can cause pain, it's not the first time I've done it, but there was no hint of care in the girl's actions or any attempt to take the material carefully. It was the first such bloody, painful and psychologically traumatic experience. Unfortunately, due to the shock, I did not find out the employee's last name, but I hope that the management will pay attention to the quality of the procedures and staff training. It happened on October 11th in the morning.

As a result, there are no results after 2 working days, they answer on the info line, wait for full readiness (3 working days, plus the weekend falls, that is, 5 days in fact) before we will not make any requests to the laboratory.
