Support responds in a boilerplate manner, promising to "pass on information," but in fact nothing happens. It turns out that the service was not rendered, the money was withheld. I am very disappointed with the level of service. We pay a lot of money for medical services, but we have to get an elementary refund. I won't come here again, and I don't recommend it to others.

Today I arrived for the analysis of GTT on an empty stomach, having sustained the interval between the last meal for more than 14 hours, as it should be for analysis. As a result, we said that we cannot provide you with a paid service without a doctor's referral, referring to the fact that we will not be responsible for your condition if you become ill. There are no complaints about the staff, this is their job, the girl at the reception explained everything, but I ask you to add information on the site so that in the future people would be notified that a doctor's referral is required for certain paid tests in a private laboratory. Taking into account the fact that today I did not get through to them and my messages are ignored all day, tomorrow I will go with the direction in electronic form and if this time they refuse to provide me with a service, I do not know what to do already, at least my time...
