I took tests on a child in this branch. The results did not arrive on time. I had to issue a refund. It's been a week, and the money still hasn't been returned. Support responds in a boilerplate manner, promising to "pass on information," but in fact nothing happens. It turns out that the service was not rendered, the money was withheld. I am very disappointed with the level of service. We pay a lot of money for medical services, but we have to get an elementary refund. I won't come here again, and I don't recommend it to others.
