Good afternoon! It is wonderful that this center has been opened in our district. The staff is excellent, the list of tests is wide! It's very cool that for children, not a syringe is used, but a butterfly. For kids who are afraid of injections, it's super positive! My child is 12. And he agrees to take any analysis from Vienna, but only in this center! I know the information that you have an idea to sell your branded bandages! A very good idea. We are looking forward to it and hope that this idea will be implemented very soon! It would be great if you could buy other honey elements - alcohol napkins, hemostatic (by the way, I learned about them at your center, they help a lot in life, I bought them in a specialized store). I also really want to be able to take an analysis for dysbiosis!!! Unfortunately, such an analysis is not taken in Mogilev. But very relevant, very!!! Thank you for being with us in Mogilev!

Talk a lot and about nothing, as they taught at the FSB school. An ordinary clinic with no queues and everyone is sweetly polite. Explaining something in depth is a problem. All the staff is recruited not by professional qualities, but by acquaintance (subjective opinion).

Yesterday we took tests with my son, a very cool center. There is parking. Inside it is cozy, there is a wardrobe, couches, a cooler with water and a coffee machine. The child was distracted, he was still twitching and crying, but this is the norm with us. They gave me a coloring book with stickers, a ball and a muesli batgnchik. The child quickly calmed down, and in the evening the results were already ready, they came to the post office. Very attentive and responsive staff. Everything was done quickly and without any problems. I would say the service is at the highest level. It is very good that there is such a professional laboratory in Mogilev. In general, I was satisfied, I will contact you if necessary.

Spacious, clean and bright office. It's great that there is an electronic queue, in addition, you can drink coffee after the procedure of taking blood, buy a cereal bar. The staff is attentive and friendly. Taking blood quickly and professionally, and what is surprising, the hand is wrapped in a bow, which is nicer than tearing the patch off the skin later.

There are 20 people in the queue, one window is open, they are accepted very slowly. In the waiting area at the entrance and near the test room, one couch at a time, people stand propping up the walls in a narrow corridor. In my presence, one person who came later than the others was accepted without a ticket, out of turn.

We donated blood from a vein with a child for 3 years. There are no queues. It's very cozy inside, a cooler with water, coffee. Friendly staff. I really liked the way the blood was taken. The lab assistant distracted her with questions, her daughter didn't even have time to understand anything. They gave me a book with stickers and a balloon. My daughter was delighted with the visit to the laboratory.

It's a good laboratory. The office is very conveniently located: 5 minutes to the bus stop. There is a parking lot, a ramp. The interior is relatively spacious. There is a soft couch, a wardrobe for visitors' outerwear. The closet is shared, but not critical- if there is a queue, then there are 4 people. They work with insurance companies and installment cards. On the website, you can pre-select the necessary tests or select them with a specialist. But for some reason it is impossible to leave a reservation for a certain day. They work from 7, you can make it to work, and on weekends. Consultations are not from 7, a little later. Blood collection in the morning (8 hour fast). At lunchtime, the tests leave for processing. And you can print the result in the evening. There is a coffee machine, but whether it works is not clear. There are shoe covers, included in the service. It is good that we have opened this branch, it has become closer to travel.

I tried to get a blood test at 9:30 today. The queue is 15 people, ONE window is working, one person was served for 10 minutes (when I arrived, there were two administrators, but one worked, the second sat and looked into the void, then got up and left, they answered my question whether the second window would work: no). There is an electronic queue, there is a button for cash and medical insurance, but the queue is still SHARED. I will never use your services again.
