I was thinking of taking tests here, or going to Minsk, where it's cheaper. I was bribed by the fact that I had 34 rubles in my bonus account. I thought it would be a good discount, considering that the analysis costs 200 rubles. It is not written anywhere in the cabinet about the terms of use of these points. When I came to make out the analysis, I said that I had points there, at first they told me that there were no points, and then that the discount did not apply to this analysis. There is not a word about this on the analysis page. When I got home, searched the entire site, and spent a lot of time, I found that document, as much as 13 pages in small print, which is not included in the bonus system. That is, there are more than 500 types of tests, for which points cannot be deducted. And then what is possible and why do we need such a discount system at all? It's like spitting in the customer's face. I also paid more than what was indicated on the website. Why not do it like in another lab, when the exact amount with all additional items is already indicated in the basket? In general, I am very upset, your marketing has worked well, but I will not set foot on you again. By the way, the analysis was very painful, and there was a bruise. Even in the clinic, they do it slowly. Thank you for your services, next time I will do the analysis in another place, where all the information is really freely available, and you do not need to search for information for 2 hours in the depths of the site.
