The laboratory took money for a nasal swab + antibiotic sensitivity, but the laboratory staff did not make antibiotic sensitivity, the titer was low. I do not need information that I have a bacterium, I have been suffering from chronic sinusitis for 20 years and I know without laboratories that pus is caused by a bacterium. That's why I'm doing it- antibiotic sensitivity. In general, I spent 12 thousand. Tenge (2 analyses, me and the child), but I didn't get what I needed.

I do not recommend this laboratory. They messed up the tests and won't refund the money. On 11/11/2025, when visiting the Kunaev Street branch, I witnessed a call from one of the clients who was informed about the botched tests. To my question, the receptionist assured me that such cases are extremely rare. However, the very next day, 11/12/2025, I was notified that all three of my blood tubes were damaged, which indicates systematic violations during the collection or storage of biomaterial. I would also like to draw attention to organizational shortcomings: despite the time record, the waiting time for an appointment is 30 minutes or more, which confirms the low level of organization of the department's work. On 12.11.2025, I submitted an application for a refund for an unproven service. The staff informed us that the refund will be made within three business days. Six business days have passed to date, but the funds have not been returned. There was no feedback or explanation from the laboratory. In connection with the above, please: 1. Return the funds I paid for as soon as possible. 2. Provide an official explanation of the reasons for the damage to the biomaterial and the delay in return. 3. Take measures to improve the quality and organization of staff work. In the absence of a timely response, I reserve the right to file an official complaint with the Consumer Protection Committee.

Everything is clearly indicated there by which method it is necessary to take it. When he came home, my husband looked at the tests and said that 2 analyzes did not meet the requirements (RW needs to be examined by ELISA with M antibodies, and as a result an Anticardiolipin test; Hepatitis B by ELISA with M antibodies, and as a result the hepatitis B antigen) Most likely the tests will not be accepted. It is a pity that they do not work professionally. The nurses are polite and took the tests very carefully.
