A very pleasant impression from visiting this department. A polite and attentive young man at the reception, the nurse was very patient and tactful, waited until the child gathered his courage before taking blood, there were no bruises after that. At the end, the child was awarded a diploma for courage.

Friendly receptionist, tactful and pleasant nurse. I've had tests here twice, they also took blood from a child under two years old, and they did a great job (and this is rare).

I gave blood for analysis in person several times, and called a laboratory assistant at home several times. All tests are performed on time. The staff is polite. There are promotions and discounts. The prices are reasonable.
