I have been using the services of this company with my wife for more than a year! There has always been only a high assessment of the service and professional qualities of the staff! But this time the visit on 01.11.23 on Efrosinia Polotskaya Street dom1 was overshadowed by the behavior of an employee (all in a tattoo) on the paperwork for the analysis! The fact that we are pensioners and regular customers, this was not a weighty argument for her to offer a discount, it was stated that this is not a store and you should know what you are supposed to!!! When asked why the results of the analysis were not sent to the mail (which other employees of the company always did), it was said that there was no mail, although another employee (after the tests were issued) found the mail address without any problems! Naturally, after contacting this employee, the results of the analysis (since the spouse underwent a severe heart operation) were far from real indicators! I am not writing to restore justice! If an employee allows himself such behavior, then it's too late to hope for something! I write only in order to protect other people from such an attitude, so that other dear customers do not get a "blow" in a place where they will not be ready for such undeserved treatment!

There are no complaints about the employee at the reception, she worked as fast as she could. But she was alone. The question to the management is why do you have spacious apartments and cool cars, but there is no money for the salary of the second employee at the reception? Spent 40 minutes on what can be done in 5. And these are paid medical services? The case when it would be much faster in a free clinic.

I expected more from this place for such money, thank you for your "service" and staff!

It's not the first time I've used Invitro services, but this is the first time I've been to this address. I took tests, an experienced nurse took blood, I didn't even feel anything. A child followed me, did not squeak in the office, although he was very afraid. While I was getting dressed and getting ready to leave, a woman came in and started demanding covid test results. The administrator explained that you need to go to another clinic for the results, they don't give this out here. The nook of the reception is very small and just a meter from the entrance, and due to the turbulent situation in the world, it was difficult to pass them by. I would like to have an additional sign at the entrance, so that people would not get confused and expect in a small corridor, fortunately no one was in line that time.

I donated blood today at the Invitro on E. Polotskaya, 1 - it was great, as much as blood donation can be great) The administrators worked very quickly, there was a queue, but it moved quickly. The girl who took the blood is generally beyond praise, it's hard to find my veins, once they even pierced me three times with a needle to get in, but here from the first time, it doesn't hurt at all. In general, I will only go here now, thank you for your professionalism! PS and yes, I was put on a pressure bandage and did not have to walk with my elbow bent for 10 minutes))) it 's a small thing, but it 's nice )
