The first time, the analysis was performed correctly, but incorrect information was written in the conclusion. I had to figure it out for a long time, wasting my nerves and time. As a result, the laboratory sent a new result with an adjusted conclusion. Now the result is generally false negative. After the trials, the money for the analysis was still returned, but there are big questions about the work of the laboratory. The reception staff is polite.

We have had tests at this center many times, and the staff has always been highly professional. On June 6, my daughter and I came to take a blood test once again. Nurse (middle-aged brunette) I couldn't take a blood test from a 12-year-old girl. First, she sent me to drink water and wait, supposedly there were no visible veins. Then I made 2 attempts in different places and both failed: I couldn't get into a vein and there wasn't enough blood for analysis. This is not the first time my daughter has been tested at this center, but it was the first time.As a result: late for work and the child is in tears from the pain in his veins. Next, the receptionist (a young girl with glasses, very pleasant in communication) came up and offered to do the analysis for the third time. I did everything perfectly in a minute, without pain. But I don't want to run into the first nurse at the center anymore. I don't know if I'll come here again. That's how the center can lose its clients due to the lack of professionalism of individual staff.

I chose Invitro solely because of the staff and work schedule: the laboratory opens at 7:30 a.m. Advantages: polite staff, I want to mention Ryabushko O., there are no huge queues, you can get the test results by e-mail, as well as a very professional doctor Novitskaya I.A. I always applied to Invitro (Vitebsk, 23 Kommunisticheskaya St.) for tests and everything was fine, but today they came to donate blood to a child (4 years old) and were shocked... The electronic queue does not work (but the ticket must be knocked out and a shared live queue must be taken). We stood in line with a 4-year-old child for more than 20 minutes, followed by obstetrician Oksana Ryabushko, who does not know where or what tests to look for in the database. We had the tests scheduled by the doctor on a form!!! I've been asked several times, are you sure you need them? ( there are no comments at all ) No one says anything about the promotion. At the moment, the promotion code word "instagram" is in effect, 11% discount, but they could not explain to me where it is. There is dirt at the entrance and no one cleans it. P.S. service is 0 for a lot of money.
