The visit left a negative impression. I took swabs on insurance. The receptionist girl took a long time to register - well, okay, insurance is always like that, I'm waiting. They gave me the papers and told me to wait. The doctor called to the office. He told me to go behind the screen and undress. But the strangest and most unpleasant thing is that all the time while I was undressing, he stood and stared at me - it's very uncomfortable, I've never seen this in any clinic. Nowadays, it's a basic thing to leave the patient alone when he undresses. After the procedure, the doctor told me to approach the administrators. I'm coming up. The girl (already another one) again began to make out something for a long time, fill out papers. I stand waiting for 10 minutes again, the room is very stuffy! And then she gives me the papers and says sit down, the doctor will invite you. Kamon! She signed me up for the same procedure for the second time! It's just some kind of nonsense and disorganization of the work of employees, which takes up both time and nerve cells.

Here, not only did they take a blood test very carefully, but they also gave me a coupon for a free drink (hot sweet chocolate was very useful after blood collection). The center is very clean, the staff is polite, the results of the analysis were sent to the post office on the same day. A free drink is a small thing, but very pleasant. When I took the insurance tests, the girl at the reception did not see the confirmation from the insurance campaign on the computer, I had to pay my money, then it turned out that it definitely was. Another time we saw only 4 confirmations out of 5, then we had to come for the 2nd time. When I came to get the results, their computer didn't work, I had to leave with nothing, then come back again. The next time, having learned from bitter experience, I called beforehand to find out if everything was in order and if it was possible to come, they did not have electricity. In general, some kind of Chechnya of the 90s, not a laboratory. Now I don't go there, it's better to go to the Igumen tract. But 3 stars, not one, because the nurses taking the analysis are great fellows: polite, careful and real professionals.

It was necessary to do a glucose tolerance test on the recommendation of a doctor. The girls at the reception (distracted from a very heated discussion of issues unrelated to the activities of this institution) said they would not be able to help me, because a doctor's referral is required and they do not want to take responsibility if I feel ill. Well, I don't know if the staff of this laboratory at the college / institute studied poorly or just sit there for beauty. We had to contact HELIX, where we were told that the referral for this test is required only for children or pensioners. AND [ATTENTION!] a preliminary glucose test was performed, the result of which, although higher than normal, was within the acceptable range for performing a glucose-tolerant test. In conclusion, not a foot in the invitro anymore.
