I gave blood for tests at the Invitro. My impressions are generally positive. The procedure was quick and as comfortable as possible. I would especially like to note the high professionalism of the nurse — she took the blood completely painlessly. The staff is polite. The only caveat is that the prices for services here are slightly higher than in the same Helix. However, this is offset by the convenience of location, speed and, importantly, the quality of the material intake.

In general, I am satisfied with the laboratory (on Sukharevskaya Street).For many years, I have been taking tests here and doing ultrasound. Today was not a pleasant situation. I came to take tests with a 2-year-old child and I wanted to take the test myself too. First, the child was registered, and I reminded the receptionist that I would like to take tests too. With a not very happy face, she said that the child was being registered first (well, okay, that's fine). As a result of the registration, the request for my tests was ignored and I had to stand in a double queue with the child (by the way, there were a lot of people today). Why it was impossible to register both mother and child at once, so as not to stand in a double queue. It doesn't seem like the situation is too bad, but the sediment still remains.

It's inconvenient that the tests are all in the information kiosk, although my doctor may be without a client while the registry is processing everyone. One girl at the reception, it would have been two, it would have gone faster. I didn't like it, I went in vain.

My favorite laboratory! The girls at the reception are very pleasant, friendly, work quickly and can easily navigate on request. There was a large list of analyses, and we combined a lot of things into complexes so that we could get a discount. In the medical office, the girls are also positive, professional in their field, they easily take blood, which is not even felt, and there are no bruises (unlike in the polyclinic). It is not the first time that I have a complaint about the work of female administrators on Sukharevskaya. Today I took the test results, took the ticket, I was the first in line. There were 2 reception desks, both had customers near them. But when one of the girls got free, for some reason she decided to ignore me and not call me. Although it takes 1 minute to print the result. After waiting for a while, I came up and asked them to give me the result. The lady was clearly not happy. I don't need any favors from paid lab workers. I'll go where the customer is welcome.

Today we had an ultrasound of the kidneys, one of the shortest in time and not informative of all previously done in other clinics. We do an interval ultrasound to track kidney stones. The ultrasound took 3-5 minutes. The doctor found nothing but one stone, although there are several of them. At the reception, they asked to pay in cash, but they did not issue a check. I had to ask them about it and languidly wait for my check for a few minutes.
