I was with the child about a blood test from a vein. I am not happy with the attitude towards the little patient: naturally, the child is afraid and cries, because he knows that it will hurt. But instead of encouraging, the nurse began to intimidate the big evil uncle doctor in the closet, and after the procedure she also expressed her "fi" that she did not like him (the child) like that. I advise medical staff to receive training on the psychological aspect of working with young children. A year later, I had to contact the child again about taking blood from a vein. There were practically no changes. They gave me a certificate, a balloon and a hematogen (thank you!), BUT again an incompetent attitude on the part of the nurse. After the blood donation, the child screamed, and the nurse said: "Shut up, finally." In general, there are no conditions for donating blood to a child, the table on which the hand is placed is intended for an adult. It turns out that the child's hand is raised, which complicates the process of blood collection.
