It was urgently necessary to get a result, but the priority service was no longer available in time, they said the tests would be the day after tomorrow, most likely, I was upset, since the doctor's appointment was tomorrow, but there was nothing I could do. And what was my surprise, the results came today! I am immensely grateful to the staff for their help, and I am very, very pleasantly surprised! I have been using the services of this laboratory for several years and will continue to use it! Thank you very much!

On June 26, 24, on Wednesday at 8 a.m., I came to the invitro department at Pervomaiskaya klitsa 22A, there were 6 people in the clinic, after an hour the queue did not move because they came with children without a queue, the cashier was completely alone and the speed of work leaves much to be desired, the terminal did not work for an hour of time spent there The staff did not consider it necessary to announce this, as there was a piece of paper hanging on the door and near the cash register, but who reads them.. the problem is clearly not the people who came to take their tests, in general, the impression on this day from the work of the department is just terrible, among other tests I had prolactin for delivery, which needs to be taken in complete calm, in the end it looks like I will have to retake, and waiting for the next suitable day of the cycle is another month! A big request to the management is to return the former quality and speed of the cashiers' work, return the second cashier to the workplace at least during rush hour, correct the situation with the terminal and preferably warn those sitting in line about problems. Employees should also receive electronic coupons once they have put the device there, and not everyone who just went to the window past the electronic queue. By the way, the laboratory assistant did his job well, for which I still leave two stars

Many times we pricked small pens with an ordinary adult needle, although we had a completely different experience in a good laboratory with a special small probe with a small needle at the end. I couldn't even think that it could be otherwise.
