I brought my pregnant wife to get tested. There are a lot of people, the air conditioner is not working, there is nothing to breathe. There is no electronic queue, everything is live. When asked about pregnant women out of turn, they answered: "We have a lot of children today, make arrangements yourself." And children of 6-8 years old, if they were up to 3 years old, there would be no questions. As a result, the attitude of the staff spoiled the mood. There is no desire to return to this branch anymore.

Wednesday, I came to get an analysis, I've already lost an hour of time, and I haven't even been issued yet, they give one person 10 minutes, if not more, for registration. There are 2 people working today, a cashier and a laboratory assistant. For a very, very long time, I will definitely consider another laboratory. This is terrible! The difference between the photos is 25 minutes, the same man is at the checkout!!!!

I knew that it was impossible to work with my fist when analyzing for prolactin (they made such a mistake in another laboratory). Customer focus is 100%. I definitely recommend it. Registration of one person for 10-15 minutes, when the analysis fence is 2 minutes, this is nonsense!!!! As a result, it is impossible to get to work with a queue of 2-3 people. In the same synlab, although a little more expensive, everything is processed very quickly.

More probably a question for the management, in the morning hours, when the flow of patients is large, in my opinion, we need another registrar who will deal with the registration of contracts for medical services + consulting on current promotions, the issuance of test results. Due to this, a large queue is built in. Physically, it is difficult for one employee to solve all these issues without gathering a large number of people at the counter.
