Well, such a thing.. I arrived on Saturday morning. I stood in line for an hour. The room is small, I, in turn, have a fever, I am sick and contagious. Well, okay, in a tight space and not offended, as they say.
There is one queue in which they record and set up personal accounts and talk about promotions. Oh, yes, payment after the procedure. And in the same window (although without a queue already, but this clearly does not reduce the queue itself).
So, an hour later, when it was my turn, they start telling me that while I was standing there, my urine test could turn sour, well, it happens..
As the "cherry on the cake": the results were ready in ~ 30 hours (blood, urine).
The coffee machine, by the way, does not work either.
PS. I understand that I could have come another day and possibly avoided a lot of what is written above. But I came when I came.

I would like to note the staff, special attention is paid to each client: the reception will answer all your questions, tell you about each necessary analysis (the results are sent by e-mail, which is very convenient and you do not need to waste time and go to the medical department again to pick up the result of the study). The laboratory assistants are polite, carefully draw blood (there are no terrible bruises on the veins) and sign the test tube in front of you. After all the procedures, they will treat you to coffee and wish you a good day! The reception staff is very polite! But the specialist who took blood from my vein is unqualified, does not know how to do his job! After taking blood from a vein, my arm was swollen and did not move! I couldn't go to work for two days! In addition, a huge bruise on the floor of the hand! I think that Olga Tretyak is a terrible unqualified specialist who should not work in a paid clinic!!!

Disgusting service. Employees do not know what tests they have and for what purpose. For half an hour, the whole team solves issues at the checkout while the whole queue is waiting. Registration of patients is long with a lot of unnecessary information. They came here to take tests, not to listen to what kind of actions are here
