Well, such a thing.. I arrived on Saturday morning. I stood in line for an hour. The room is small, I, in turn, have a fever, I am sick and contagious. Well, okay, in a tight space and not offended, as they say.
There is one queue in which they record and set up personal accounts and talk about promotions. Oh, yes, payment after the procedure. And in the same window (although without a queue already, but this clearly does not reduce the queue itself).
So, an hour later, when it was my turn, they start telling me that while I was standing there, my urine test could turn sour, well, it happens..
As the "cherry on the cake": the results were ready in ~ 30 hours (blood, urine).
The coffee machine, by the way, does not work either.
PS. I understand that I could have come another day and possibly avoided a lot of what is written above. But I came when I came.

Очень вежливый персонал, всё подскажут и помогут выбрать. Медсестры-профессионалы! С детками особенно очень дружелюбны и аккуратно и безболезненно берут анализы.

Очень хорошая лаборатория. Хочется отметить персонал, каждому клиенту уделяется особое внимание: в регистратуре доступно ответят на все Ваши вопросы, расскажут про каждый нужный анализ (результаты отправляют на электронную почту, что весьма удобно и не нужно тратить время и ехать повторно в мед.учрежление чтобы забрать результат исследования). Лаборанты вежливые, аккуратно проводят забор крови (нет ужасных синяков на венах) и при Вас подписывают пробирку. После всех процедур угостят кофе и пожелают хорошего дня! В общем, процесс посещения лаборатории без нервов и с хорошим настроением стоит тех денег которые Вы там оставите. Советую)

Ходили всей семьей сдавать анализы , все супер. Персонал хороший , внутри чисто единственное бывает иногда очень много людей. И ещё напрягает много информации не нужной ввиде оформления карты и каких то услуг. А так лучше чем в ЛОДЕ отношение на сдаче крови.

Отвратительный сервис. Работники не знают какие у них анализы и для чего. Пол часа всем составом решают вопросы на кассе, пока вся очередь ждёт. Оформление пациентов долгое с кучей ненужной информации. Сюда пришли анализы сдавать, а не выслушивать какие тут акции
