It feels like the staff here is working with all their hearts. The procedure for taking tests: My laboratory assistant was the magician Lyudmila Basalai. I would like to highlight her work separately! Lyudmila not only performed the entire procedure professionally, but also very carefully. Her hand is really light— I didn't even feel the moment of injection. She constantly commented on her actions and constantly clarified my condition. After the procedure, I was offered a warm drink. It would seem that this is a small thing, but it shows that they think about the comfort of patients here.
