I dedicate this review to the MANAGEMENT of the laboratory.
We came with a child (a small child, 3 years old) to take tests, and I have complaints:
1) there is no flexibility in relation to customers.
2) when the coprogram was brought, the administrators said that there was little material. I always submitted the same amount of material in other laboratories, and even in the state polyclinic, there were never any questions.
3) I registered the child in my personal account in advance, but they required a passport when visiting. I had my license with me, this is also an identity document.
4) my husband sent a passport photo via Viber, but the photo was not analyzed for a steroid profile in saliva, which the doctor prescribed for us, only with a document in hand.
5) in other laboratories, such as Helix, sinlab, etc., there are no such moronic rules. Everyone is trying to work flexibly so that customers come back.
6) this is the first time I have heard that the lactate test is given STRICTLY from the other hand if there are tests for other indicators. Neither the administrator nor the laboratory assistant could explain to me where this rule came from. I followed all the rules, passed on an empty stomach, the child drank only water. As a result, the child was even more afraid to donate blood from a vein. Is there any way to be more loyal to small children?
I was dissatisfied with the visit to the laboratory. I was with a small child, and it's not very convenient for me to go back and forth for a passport.
There are no complaints about the registrars and the laboratory assistant, they only followed the instructions👐
If possible, I will avoid visiting this laboratory in the future.

This place is worse than the state polyclinic. A family of three cripples came, they were checked out for tests for half an hour. The child goes without a queue, but all three went to hand over together, bypassing the queue in which people sat for an hour. The consultant pretended that everything was fine. I asked the laboratory assistant not to accept new people until these are registered. As a result, the srach started in the queue, the laboratory assistant does not accept people for 5 minutes, this family is still being registered. People are waiting.

Hello! I would like to express my special gratitude to the girls working in the Invitro laboratory at the Moskovskaya metro station. No one has handled my veins so carefully and professionally. Usually they can only take blood from 3-6 times, because the veins leave much to be desired. But one day I met Ilona (unfortunately, I do not know the last name and patronymic of this girl), she not only managed to take three vials of blood the first time, but also to calm me down. Pleasant administrators, experienced nurses who carry out the collection of building materials. They find an approach to children. I like that they always glue you and let you check your personal data on test tubes, which eliminates the confusion of the results.

We use the services of the laboratory as needed.
One of the important advantages is the high qualification of nurses (they always took blood from the vein of a small child), tests are performed that other Minsk laboratories do not perform, and in many positions very short deadlines.
Among the disadvantages, the staff of the information center could not orient themselves in the permissible volume of blood when taking a child and the number of test tubes needed for sampling. It was suggested to drive up to the laboratory and clarify this information on the spot.

There are no questions about the work of a person at the cashier, but there are clearly questions about the work of the treatment room: I came at 10:10 and had to wait 30 minutes for a queue to the treatment room after completing the documents, everything is very slow, it is very frustrating, since this is not the case at all in the same Helix.
Suggestion: maybe open a second treatment room, since the flow of people is very large…

Приятный и вежливый персонал, сдавала ПЦР, очередей не было пришла по своему времени, все чисто аккуратно. Хорошо проконсультировали по телефону и сразу же записали, нашли самый ближайший вариант по Минску. До этого звонила в Синэво и заходила в пункт приёма, обслуживание кардинально отличается. Сменю теперь лабораторию) благодарю за хорошее обслуживание!

Работает один человек на ресепшене, куча народа, всё очень медленно. И вместо защитных экранов между оператором и клиентом просто на нитках с потолка висят куски прозрачного пластика и колышатся ветром

Здравствуйте. Спасибо сотрудникам лаборатории Инвитро за слаженную работу. В 10.35 взяли кровь на анализ, а около 18.00 на Viber пришло сообщение, что готовы результаты (в сообщении ссылка на результаты исследования. Вы можете сразу всё посмотреть в электронном виде). В отделении на Максима Танка, 4 при входе вам вежливо предложат надеть бахилы. Ждать долго в очереди не пришлось, на ресепшене девчата быстро обслуживают. Сама процедура тоже не отняла много времени, сотрудница, которая брала кровь, поинтересовалась, как моё самочувствие. В холле есть кофе-автомат (при оплате вам выдадут штрих код на бесплатный кофе) и питьевая вода. В помещении чисто и всё по-современному. Не первый раз пользуюсь услугами данной лаборатории и буду обращаться ещё.

Впервые посетила Ваш центр,для сдачи анализов.
И была настолько удивлена,что не передать словами.
Не буду говорить, про местоположение, хотя это важно, что близко к дому.
Очень приятный интерьер и чистота.Анализы были готовы достаточно быстро,за это отдельный плюс.
Так же хочу отметить,что сделано все для людей,анализы можно получить на почту,оповещение в вайбер.в личном кабинете так же отслеживается готовность анализов,что тоже достаточно удобно.
Так же меня проинформировали,что при вопросе с анализами, я смогу бесплатно проконсультироваться с врачем данной организации для разъяснения,и если возникнет вопрос,можно будет позвонить и их специалисты смогут дать разъяснение моему врачу(за такой сервис еще отдельное спасибо и жирный плюс).
Касательно цен,лично меня все устроило.
Средняя цена по городу,без завышения.
Касательно расчета на сайте так же все предельно ясно.Делается полный расчёт без использования материала.Позвонив в колл-центр я уточнила по стоимости и мне сказалм,что как правило она варьирует до 8 рублей,в действительности оказалось меньше.
Так же понравилась программа кэшбэков.
Потому как за второй анализ я заплатила на 5 рублей меньше,за третий на 2.На самом деле приятно.
Но самое важное, я хочу выразить огромную благодарность вашим сотрудникам, а именно Кривошей Елизавете и Хробасовой Елене(извините если неправильно написала фамилии).Замечательные сотрудники.
Такого отношения и общения я не ожидала.
Все доходчиво объясняли,были очень вежливы,аккуратны.
С некоторыми анализами я столкнулась впервые и было очень страшно их в целом делать,но благодаря этим прекрасным дамам прошел весь страх. Благодаря золотым рукам все прошло безболезненно.
Спасибо огромное вашей организации, но в большей степени все же Елизавете и Елене.

ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ качество работы администратора центра. И это связано с тем, что компания НЕ ОБУЧАЕТ сотрудников должным образом. Я просидела в очереди 40 минут, хотя передо мной было всего 4 человека. Дала анализы по списку и их внесли не все. А некоторые вообще не смогли найти в системе и я не сдала их, так как не знали, как они пишутся. Если берете деньги - будьте добры предоставить должный уровень сервиса. А то с таким уровнем сервиса то же самое, что в поликлинике сдавать.
