A very unfriendly girl at the reception desk. No, she didn't offend her in any formal way, but her whole behavior was as if some unpleasant person had come to her and would have left sooner. Starting with her first commanding words to me, I was immediately surprised - where did I come from with such an attitude? And then, a couple of minutes after me, an elderly woman with some mental problems came in and began shouting in my ear incessantly so that I could finish calculating the tests faster, I was holding up the queue (and there was no one else but the two of us), and the laboratory employee did not even try to call this lady to order with at least a word and do not interfere with work. I had to try to fend her off myself and get her to stop yelling so we could finish the order. I was extremely surprised by the receptionist's attitude. They say it doesn't concern her, let the clients deal with the inadequacies themselves. The blood test itself was taken quickly and professionally, there are no questions.

I took tests on September 4. The staff is clearly exhausted or tired, or perhaps they just don't like their job. The girl at the reception is unfriendly. The girl (client) had a drink spilled in the coffee machine, it fell on its own, I personally saw it. So she was made to look guilty and forced to clean up. Such is the attitude towards clients. The nurse handled the hand very abruptly, as if she was already tired of everything at work. I write because I'm sad, I usually go to the neighboring laboratory, but there were some indicators missing. It's very sad that the service spoils everything. Employees clearly need a vacation or a change of activity, or to show more attention, understanding and kindness to customers. The results, alas, are also a long time coming. If I had known about this earlier, I would have gone to another laboratory to take it. I hope that the quality of services will improve. I wish success and development to your team!
