And then, a couple of minutes after me, an elderly woman with some mental problems came in and began shouting in my ear incessantly so that I could finish calculating the tests faster, I was holding up the queue (and there was no one else but the two of us), and the laboratory employee did not even try to call this lady to order with at least a word and do not interfere with work. I had to try to fend her off myself and get her to stop yelling so we could finish the order. I was extremely surprised by the receptionist's attitude. They say it doesn't concern her, let the clients deal with the inadequacies themselves. The blood test itself was taken quickly and professionally, there are no questions.
