On November 20, I took a blood test at the laboratory on 109 Independence Avenue. Already at the entrance you feel the order and friendly attitude of the staff. Two friendly female nurses explained, suggested which tests should be taken in my case, the time of execution, and how best to get the results. In the blood care room, the nurse asked how she was feeling, was it scary, had she ever had to undergo this procedure before? The blood collection was painless and not scary. The nurse advised me on what to do and how to do it after blood donation. The visit to the laboratory left a pleasant impression of both the organization and the attitude of the staff. Thanks to the nurses, performers and the management of Invitro for the good organization and humane treatment of clients!

I donated blood again today. I was lucky, there was no queue at all (the time is about 11-12.00 hours). The girl at the reception is quite friendly and attentive. But I was less lucky in the blood collection office. The employee performing the blood collection is also quite pleasant. But blood collection was very problematic. There were attempts to enter 3 veins on two arms, including in the wrist folds, where it is quite painful. On the third attempt, the fence happened. Yes, the veins are complicated, I warned you right away. I take it in laboratories and hospitals 3-4 times a year - always the first time. Once again, I want to say that I have no complaints about communication. But something has to be done about professionalism. Next time I'll go to the lab, where the fence is on the first try.

On 11.12.2024 at 08:35 I took a ticket on an electronic queue, the queue is not shared, people on insurance, pregnant women, etc. go out of turn. All the time, someone new comes in and is passed in front of you. They barely serve, everything is very slow. I stood for more than 30 minutes until 09-05, so my turn did not come, although others had already passed, who came later than me. I went to the reception, the administrators have 0 emotions, no one cares. Wait and that's it. I had to leave after spending more than 30 minutes in vain. Guys, I have a place to put my money. Disgusting service, disgusting attitude of employees, slow work, the queue is not organized properly. Then make two windows with the administrators - one for people with insurance, pregnant women, the disabled, etc., and the second for a live end-to-end electronic queue. People shouldn't stand in line for 30-40 minutes and let someone pass in front of them all the time. I will never come here again!

In general, I am always happy with everything related to the Invitro, nevertheless, we are faced with an extremely unpleasant situation. I enrolled my mother for PCR in one of the branches of Invitro to cross the border with the Russian Federation (I think I don't need to explain how difficult it is now, given the reduction of the validity period to 48 hours). I personally consulted on the phone on what day, given the departure time and date, it would be correct to do PCR. A specific date was recommended to me. However, when my mother arrived for PCR, she was refused because the certificate would be overdue. Before that, I called several times, asking if everything would work, they told me that it would work. At the same time, the staff did not even offer alternatives / postponement and communicated extremely unpleasantly, usually this can be expected in any city polyclinic, but not in a private center.
