The attitude towards the child who took the test is just disgusting. There is even more responsiveness and understanding in a free clinic than in a clinic where you pay money for service and a good attitude. The waiting time also left much to be desired. Anyway, I left the next day, and today, on the 15th, my arm is twitching and hurting so much that I can't lift it up. It's not pleasant, now it's not clear how much more I will hurt if she punctured something for me. I'm very upset.

The company's behavior in case of an error on the part of Invitro: neither in case of an error in taking tests nor in case of a delay in issuing results, Invitro does not admit its guilt, does not refund money, does not redo the tests. The first case was an expensive set of tests, but for technical reasons (Invitro computers broke down, which they did not warn me about) the result came later than 10 days and not all of it, when it was too late to use it to choose a treatment. The money was not returned. The second case is that instead of one analysis, another was done. I pointed out the incorrect sampling of the material during the study, and it was ignored. The cameras made sure that I didn't ask for what they did to me. The money was not returned, the analysis was not redone.
