If you come by 10 and later in the morning, there will be no queue at all) only in private laboratories we take tests with a child - the staff is very friendly, they always give the child stickers, a candy bar, a bracelet ...) that is, stress and the negative impression of the blood test itself are minimized. I advise you to choose private laboratories, not polyclinics, especially if you are taking tests on a child.

At the reception, very pleasant and polite administrators, Lyubov Mankevich and Anastasia Nebokatkina, competently explained everything according to the tests. But special thanks to Nurse Oksana Yanovich. My daughter is terrified of getting tested because of bad veins. The nurse looked serious, but the man was in his place, a professional in his field. She talked to her daughter so much that she didn't even notice how they took her blood. For the first time in my life, my daughter was taken the first time. The nurse found the wreath so easily. After that, the daughter said that she would donate blood only at this office and only from this nurse. Thank you for such employees.

On the other hand, the analysis was done in a few hours, but it is not at all clear how accurate it is.better look for another place. by the way, I took feces, but in the end, the feces turned out to be only invitro, which charges four times more money for tests than other clinics.

I visit this laboratory periodically, and for the first time I felt like I was in a free clinic. Paying 250 rubles and enduring such a boorish attitude from a laboratory assistant is not what I expected when I went to a private laboratory. I do not require special treatment, you can simply say hello, and so clearly not show your displeasure by rolling your eyes. The advantage is only in the quick availability of analyzes, but this is also available in other private laboratories. Unfortunately, I did not find the name of the laboratory assistant in the invoice, so that you could have a conversation about service standards. (March 19 , 10 a.m.)

Probably the first time I decided to write a positive review somewhere. I decided to get tested on Saturday. I thought there would be queues anyway, but there was no one. They said that the result would be on Monday, apparently because of the weekend, but after a few hours the results came in the mail. I am pleasantly surprised that everything is so prompt on the weekend. The only disadvantage is a very small room. The queue will be crowded.

According to my visits, so far this is the most pretentious and worst medical institution in Minsk. A lot of papers are processed manually and for a very long time. An additional 30-40 minutes from the scheduled time. Patients are escorted out to wait outside in the cold, although the hall inside is completely empty. A similar picture is in the Invitro at Independence 40, where I often see a queue on the street.
