The story of getting to know this service station began at the end of March, when I showed the car and we previously agreed that the car would be taken for body repair in early April. I call in a week and a half at the agreed time to agree on a more precise date - I was asked to call back in a week. I call in a week - they asked me to wait a week again. For the third time, we agreed that I would bring the car on Monday. I call on Monday - they say that the master is ill and they can't take the car yet, they asked me to call back in a week. Well, anything can happen. I'm calling in another week, they said they would clarify and call back. I'm waiting for an hour, two. I'm calling you back.... They stopped contacting and picking up the phone. I wrote in Viber - they read it, but did not respond. They didn't pick up the phone for several days. I'm attaching a screenshot of the calls. Otherwise, you will soon begin to answer that we are white and fluffy and generally the most customer-oriented, and you are our competitor and you are not writing the truth. So our collaboration ended before it even started. I'll go to the competition if you don't need the money.
