A little background. I bought myself a used beam on a Citroen Xsara. This is where my fascinating story actually began)) The beam turned out to be defective (I myself am from Mogilev and there is practically no one in our city who is engaged in beams! So I found this service on the Internet, called, explained the problem and said that I was not from Minsk myself. As a result, they told me to arrive at 9 o'clock in the morning. I arrived the next day and left the car. About 50 minutes later they called and said how much the repair would cost. Initially, I reluctantly agreed, but after discussing all the nuances of my beam, I came to the conclusion that I was offered the most optimal repair option of all possible.

We repaired the beam, and then only because we could not find a used beam better than ours.
Immediately, the cost is called one, then they tell fairy tales "allegedly they could not unscrew the bolts and warmed them," but another person unscrewed these bolts 10 times himself a month ago without any effort, and the cost of repair is called twice as much, adding extra repairs when they say they do not need to do what they did not ask, the price remains 1.5 times higher. We came to pick up the car, they say something completely different... Apparently, when they realized that a person understands this, there were no arguments left, the cost was won back, they were not going to pay for their fantasy... Also, the height was not adjusted, one wheel is higher, the second is lower. We went to check in the garage, it turned out they just STOLE the stabilizer bar...We call where the stabilizer is, the answer is: we have removed it because it will knock. And in general, we clean it up for everyone. Naturally, they do not warn about this and do not give it to you..The next morning we went to put it back...

The price was initially one for the work done , and when it was done, it was half less than what was agreed upon .(accordingly, the price should be less) the price has not changed and the damage has become greater!!!!.at the same time, the body was damaged. (scratches on the thresholds and arches on both sides) . the man who was sitting at the reception said that everything was fine and that I should not talk..... I did it a second time, the first time after their repair I drove 100 thousand (although they told me not to do it anymore, I need to come earlier), they did a suspension diagnosis and replaced other worn parts very quickly too

I was doing cap beam repairs on a Peugeot 206 and adjusting the handbrake. They called and said that it was necessary to change the pads on the rear drums - uneven wear and as a result, the handbrake would not work. As a result, after a small development of pads on the rear drums, the handbrake did not pull itself up.
I went after 45,000 km to service the beams, but to another service station, and then the whole essence of the work done at the Torsion service station turned out: the pads were not replaced (fraud, since everything is written in the order of the outfit), the self-drive mechanism was broken (a new one was installed before the Torsion), the condition of the beam was full major repairs (although after the cap repair, only the bearings had to be replaced, but in fact a complete overhaul, glasses and almost levers). Avoid this place!

I changed the torsion bar and steering rack here for a CITROEN Saxo.
The rail was installed from a related Peugeot and the steering wheel became perpendicular. They said that they would adjust it when I would do a camber-convergence. When I arrived at the collapse-convergence, they were very surprised and sent to the Torsion to fix the flaw.
Fixed it. But they messed up so much that I didn't get home when a brand new clutch cable broke. I had to change it, but for another hundred.

They explained the alleged problems with the Internet. All spare parts provided their own, and they are 30% more expensive than in online stores. The documents were issued completely incorrectly (the work order). The documents were drawn up in some kind of room, where you need to get under the lifts on which cars hang. In short, next time I'll try another hundred.

I repaired a torsion bar on a Citroen Berlingo for a HUNDRED TORSION bars.
I made an appointment beforehand, I was clearly told by phone that the repair for my car would amount to 318 rubles (I don't remember exactly since half a year has passed, they said so - 180 for work, 80 for fingers, 58 for bearings. I handed over the car the next day at 9 a.m. At around 12 o'clock, I received a call and was told that the car was ready, but the cost had increased slightly and amounted to 950 BYN. To which I said that I did not agree, let them return everything as it was. The answer is that it is impractical, since the car will not leave on its own (only on a tow truck). I had to leave my passport as collateral and write a receipt stating that I would return 950 BYN to them in order to pick up the car. Such increases in the amounts of "dear" robotnik STO Torsion must be coordinated with the client! And so your actions look like extortion, which is punishable under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
