The worst bank among which I know is the service 0, the manner of communication -1,in the morning the staff is sleepy, not energetic,on the right side there are 5 cash desks but 3 or 2 staff are sitting and working, service is slow and very long, friends are served out of turn,11 o'clock in the morning there was no manager at least to make a remark
