Ipak Yuli Bank is the best branch in the Ecopark. And this one sucks!!! 10.02.23 I came to this branch at 13.30, knowing that they have lunch time until 14.00. (Second visit) Only 3 operators were sitting. It was already 14.13, and these three operators were all busy, window N3 was sitting without a client. Her client "went to the cashier" and disappeared. I decided to come up and ask why the workers are not in place?! To which I received the answer "WELL, WE ARE WORKING! We're working! My client went to the checkout, I'm waiting for her!" ?!?!?!? All slow, not organized, not punctual! Why does your branch at the ecopark work for 5+, there are also a lot of customers there, but they serve them so quickly, and people do not accumulate there as you do. Don't set foot here anymore

Today, collecting oriental souvenirs for friends in the markets of Tashkent, I paid with the Ipak Yuli card everywhere one way or another. Despite the huge influx of customers in recent months, it is realistic to wait in line within an hour. The girls at the front office are very polite. Remote counseling is still lame, but it's a matter of time. Exchange rates are not predatory. By the way, this factor favorably distinguishes Uzbekistan from the same Russia, where in Domodedovo you will be charged a rate of 10-20 percent below the market rate. Returning to Ipak Yuli Bank, it remains to wish his team success. As a client, I have a vested interest in this.

And is this the best bank in Uzbekistan??? Maybe the worst, with zero service. To open a card, you have to stand in line for half a day, they serve customers very slowly. To receive a transfer to a non-resident, you need to open an account, which is opened within 5 working days, the money is credited to the account, it will not be issued in the currency at the cash desk, you need to transfer this money to a card account, then only withdraw it from an ATM with a commission, in other banks they can withdraw it in the currency at the cash desk in 10 minutes. The exchange rate at the bank and at ATMs is different, and at ATMs between districts too, no one can answer the question of why. Withdrawing from the bank's ATMs from your own card is a commission. Compared to the average bank in Kazakhstan, this is a disaster!

There is an operator at the checkout # 2, which I do not advise you to go to)))) she always has some prohibitions and restrictions, it's been checked!!! I couldn't get the service from her all 4 times. The rest of the cash registers (out of 3) are normal. The 1st cashier works promptly, quickly serves and is nice. Overall one of the best branches in the area.
