Extremely poor banking service. A company transferred money to my card based on a contract and my bank account details, but even after 4 hours, the funds hadn’t appeared. I contacted the bank, and they told me to reach out to the specific branch where I opened my account. After finding and calling the branch, they directed me to contact a different department handling transactions and provided me with a phone number. However, the number didn’t work, and no one answered. I then tried using the bank’s chat service, but no one responded there either. Overall, the service was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful.

But no one brought the card either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. A card for an elderly person. Every time he calls the bank, he asks, and the Uzbek employees continue to promise "tomorrow". For some reason, they still don't have tomorrow. It seems that the cards are promised to be issued within 3 days, but none of the bank's employees remembers about the client, unless the client himself gets through - they will say "tomorrow" and forget again. Or maybe there are disabled people with no legs working there, they can't get there in any way? Or is it a mental disability that they can't remember about their "tomorrow" and organize work in any way? Yesterday, the pensioner called the bank again, and again "tomorrow", but again they did not bring him. Totally irresponsible employees with complete dementia. It may be necessary to check for memory loss of bank employees.
