There is a Wi-Fi, polite staff. You shouldn't go at the beginning of the month because there are sooooo many people, but then it gets quieter and everything can be done very quickly. There is a separate queue for currency exchange and it is very convenient, you do not have to wait for hours, as in some other banks. The electronic queue and the gym have recently been updated, and it has become even better. All the girls are very kind and helpful, usually, I like☺️🙌

Exchange currency in another place, the staff is very slow, the queue is not correct, it happened to me personally that they called me to the cash register, which is not free, while I was served, five people were served for my position. If you want to exchange currency quickly go to NBU, they serve on time. Also, the staff is more polite and professional, they solve the issue themselves without asking their colleagues again, wasting your time.

You have 10 computers for customer service, but why do only 3 work? Each client sits for about 60 minutes to wait only for the queue + employee's work. The service at the Chilanzar branch is very shitty. I've been waiting since 12:05, now it's 13:07, lunch has started and there are only 2 employees of the POC left, 5 more people in front of me 🤦♂️

On the day of issuing the bank card, I was faced with the fact that there is no electronic queue. People just took the cards in chaos.

The chat with the so-called support responds when it is convenient for them, they can respond after 3 hours, or they can respond at all at 2 a.m. They do not specify the conditions for using their bank's cards.
