This store absolutely failed to meet the expectations created through social media. It is positioned as a place for wrapping gifts, but they do not pack the gifts themselves — this is a paradox. Range of materials: nothing. Paper - 3-4 cuts (no rolls), ribbons - only thin and not all colors, filler - a poor selection (I didn't even find pink) There are boxes, but all of them are kind of "inflated" due to crooked bends. There are no velvet boxes. Round ones too. Nothing premium, just a cheap look. As a result, they left empty-handed. A very strange and useless store. I don't recommend it.

It all started with the fact that the consultant pushed, decided to get through me and another customer, pretended not to notice, I think it's okay, it doesn't happen to anyone. The price tag shows a ribbon of 5 m, in fact it is 3 meters, it was reported at the checkout. I bought the largest box, which is very large when folded, and it's strange that they don't even wrap it with foil. When I went outside, it was snowing and I realized that waiting there was not very comfortable, the box was white and I did not want to smear it, I was waiting for my husband in the car. And she came back, asking the box to stand for a little longer, the seller with a displeased look asked exactly how long it would stand. I really didn't think it was such a big problem. It's a pity, but the mood is ruined, I really didn't expect it.

On New Year's Eve, there were queues for the whole store, people literally raked everything off the shelves 😅 But there were enough boxes for everyone) The store has a gift system for purchases. They give out one sticker for every 10 rubles. 10 stickers = a postcard or a package of paper in silence as a gift. I think this is a nice bonus, but it's a pity that I constantly lose these cards, so I would have already saved up for a few postcards 😂
