The worst customer service ever. The lady near the reception, is not doing her job. She has to take care of customer's questions, but she's on her phone, annoyed face. One customer asked question, she got so annoyed.
If Ipoteka bank wants to have good reputation, it should hire professionals. And maybe open more cash registrations, only one cash register was working and there were more than 20 people
