Excellent and modern business center. Parking is multi-tiered nearby, elevators work quickly,aesthetically pleasing and beautiful inside, comfortable enough. The upper floors offer a beautiful view of the city. Downstairs there is a gym, clothing stores, etc. A very modern business center, which is a pleasure to visit.

It's a beautiful place. The elevators are wide and fast. There is a waiting area on the ground floor. Comfortable sofas, armchairs and tall potted plants are nearby. There is also a coffee machine for those waiting.

As for me, this is a super glass center....great view from the upper floors....There is a parking lot from the back...there is also a restaurant and a wonderful day-round fitness...in general, there is a lot more there...and the building itself suits my taste....

Центр новьё, с претензией на вип статус, просторно и современно, аренда на первое время ниже чем их же центр Диагональ, далее видимо сравняется. Рядом Хилтон, Грин, куча магазинчтков, район молодёжный и тусовочный, нормальная парковка. Теперь о минусах: на каждый этаж установлен электрозамок, поэтому сходить например на соседний этаж к коллегам не получится-только звонить чтобы открыли дверь (рядом открылся бьюти-салон-я вообще не понимаю, как к ним ходят клиентки), ещё не все элементы работают (типа видеодомофонов), стены в коридорах частично не оштукатурены, типа такая ыишка дизайна (а по факту "давайте сэкономим на отделке,пусть думают что это фишка дизайна). Транспортная недоступность: если живёшь в Центре или на Вульке-не спорю,рядом. Потому что можно пешком перейти через мост. Но из других районов хрен доберёшься, только на машине.

Удобная парковка, лифты, и, что самое приятное, вежливая охрана. В отличие от большинства бизнес-центров Минска. И само строение расположено настолько удачно, что украшает Варшавское шоссе.
