Communication with clients is terrible. I arrived at 10:15, they said they had registration, take a walk for 15 minutes and I can sell sticks. I've been standing next to them all this time, waiting. After 15 minutes, I was told that they hadn't said anything about 15 minutes. And anyway, they still have accounting. Why accounting during working hours is also unclear. They would have told me to come back in an hour. But all this time they saw that I was standing waiting. This is bullying the customers. Nowhere else is there such an attitude as in this branch.
