We ordered flowers at 14.10. We arrived at the right time, there are no questions. But several flowers arrived without half the petals, some petals are bent. They said that you can use the solution from the sachet and the flowers will be in order by morning. But there was no bag in principle)) Mom is very upset about the delivery. It's most likely the fault of the deliverer, but it doesn't change the essence. We were disappointed with the bouquet.
