They fixed it, but apparently the blue ace receiver for the remote was broken, in general, it does not turn on through the remote and naturally does not switch channels. We came to talk, the guys answer, I'm not me and the horse is not mine, in a boorish manner. According to them, they turned on their remote control, and everything worked for them, but unfortunately, after their repair, not a single remote control turns on the TV. And of course, they are not to blame for anything, again from their words.
I don't recommend it unless you want something else to be broken.
And the price tag, 1000 is a set of tape with Ali Express, because it can be easily found by number on the Internet, 2000 repair, they said, how they did it, a total of 15300, I don't know. And if so much was stripped off, they could bring the matter to an end, and return the whole TV, because it is clearly in a good plus.

We gave the robot vacuum cleaner for diagnostics for 600 rubles. According to the result of the diagnosis, they said that the vacuum cleaner needs to be flashed for repair, but there is no firmware for it, and then you need to replace the part, the motherboard, like, for 15,000 rubles. When the cost of a new vacuum cleaner is 20,000rubles, they refused to repair it. At the same time, we were not given either a receipt or a document stating that the vacuum cleaner was looked at, i.e. nothing at all.
I do not know if our vacuum cleaner was actually checked at all, since any passerby can say that the repair will cost a little less than a new vacuum cleaner.
And the firmware, by the way, as it turned out, exists (we clarified this when we gave the vacuum cleaner to another SC, more on that later).
We contacted the SC in Rostov, where it was repaired for 3000 rubles, eliminating another problem unrelated to the firmware. This was documented, I was given an act of work, all checks, etc.
We returned to the yarazbil service again, with a request to return 600 rubles, since their diagnosis was incorrect, which confirms the act of work of the Rostov CC, as a result of which the girl on the phone was rude to us and said "go to court." We did not go to court without any document from Yarazbil, we only wrote a complaint to the tax service about the lack of issued documents. Let the authorities figure it out further, and my 600 rubles will serve for the development of this company, since fixing a robot vacuum cleaner in Donetsk is another quest ...
