The coach, if necessary, will prompt and advise, there is a tap with drinking water. What I didn't like: there is no treadmill, but there are bicycles, it is inconvenient to go to the shower, although this is by and large a quibble for such a price. As a result: this is a normal room for its price. For those who live nearby, this is a good option. There is a spirit of old, basement rocking chairs a la the nineties. Everything you need to create a beautiful figure is available, if only there was a desire :)
