I've been going to this gym for almost two years now. The gym is small, but comfortable, clean, and the equipment is in good condition. But most of all I love classes with my coach. Masha is a very positive and competent girl. I've been training with her for three years now, and she's the only one who's been able to instill in me a love of sports. I definitely recommend it

Fitness room with excellent service, always go to a meeting. Towel, filtered drinking water, the window can be opened for fresh air. The administrators are lovely, polite, smiling girls. I will also note - cleanliness in the gym and in the locker room (this is important for me). A heart-to-heart recommendation.

The hall is 3+, only because it is newly renovated.
Positive:
- fresh renovation
- location in a residential area
Cons:
- little space
- few simulators
- many simulators with "pancakes" instead of scales
- price (does not match the level)
- it is located in the basement, where there is no mobile connection
- wi-fi is public. To connect to it, you need dancing with tambourines: enter the phone number every time, wait for the code from the SMS that does not arrive (see the paragraph above). And if you leave the basement, then wi-fi is no longer catching there. A vicious circle.

Positive:
- everything is new, the locker rooms are clean and tidy
- super crossbars for pulling up in the crossfit zone
- with the overall small size of the hall, there are as many as three power frames
- there is good coverage in the ring, you don't fall through ankle-deep, as it sometimes happens in other halls.
Cons:
- uncomfortable horizontal bench press.
- lighting with LED strips can not be called successful. And the eyes are blinding, and at the same time there is a feeling that there is not enough lighting.
The advantages clearly outweigh them.

I advise everyone, it's always clean, there are free shoe covers at the entrance. A modern gym with its own atmosphere) Sooo fast free Internet, you can safely leave your smartphone on charge, good music (they can throw it off if you ask). There is a timer inside the hall that will show how long you are running the program. Massages, cocktails, etc. are already for an additional fee.Payment :)

Excellent gym, well-chosen exercise equipment. But this is only a 50% success rate. Another 50% are smart coaches. I tried many gyms, but stayed for a long time only in this one because of a competent coach. If you want to get a real result from training, go to this gym. You won't regret it!

A large number of different simulators for every taste, cross fit, boxing ring. After training, you can relax in a cedar barrel or go for a massage)) I would like to note the work of the coaches separately, they are certainly professionals in their field. At first I went to the gym without personal training, and then I decided to try to work out with coach Kirill. After going through several training sessions with him, I found out how many nuances and subtleties there are, he put everything in detail on the shelves for me and compiled an individual training and nutrition program based on my goals, controlled the correctness of the exercises. I really liked the approach of Kirill, a professional in his field. I would also like to note the design of the premises, everything is done very stylishly and tastefully, everything is clean and tidy. We were pleased with the large lockers in the locker rooms. It is very convenient and thought out to the smallest detail. Water from the filter can be collected immediately in the hall, places for wireless charging and USB outputs are thought out for smartphones. I recommend you to visit!
